"Sarah was our wedding planner for our wedding, and she went beyond our expectations to make our day so special. We did not have a large budget and weren’t completely sure what our vision was, and Sarah made sure we stayed within budget and also helped us develop the vision for our day. We wanted our day to be very relaxed and family friendly and Sarah made sure this occurred. Sarah was also well versed in vendors in our area, which alleviated a lot of stress of finding vendors for our wedding. Where do we start! If Sarah wasn’t present at our wedding, there wouldn’t had been a wedding. She went above and beyond with absolutely everything. We didn’t have to worry about one thing, because I knew we were in good hands! She transformed the venue to plan B (weather) within 20 minutes, no questions asked , she knew what to do! Lots of things had to be rearranged as per weather but again Sarah already knew the next plan before we can even bring it up to her. Food time, cake cutting, speeches. Everything went absolutely amazing and we honestly don’t know what we would’ve done if we didn’t have her. I will continue recommending her, because she was honestly the best thing we could’ve done for our wedding! We are still talk about her! Thank you once again for our fantastic day

Sarah was the single best thing I spent money on for my entire wedding. She is friendly, incredibly organized, and will bend over backwards to help you. I didn’t have a single problem my entire wedding day because she handled anything that came up as soon as it happened and I never heard about it. I gave her my decorations with basic instruction and she set everything up beautifully. If you are considering hiring a coordinator, I could not recommend her enough and will be recommending her to everyone I know in need of co-ordination services. Sarah Meijerink was our Day-Of Wedding Coordinator, and hiring her is one of the best decisions we made for our wedding.
I would compare choosing whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator to deciding whether or not to represent yourself in court. It is your right to do so but it is CRAZY to think you'd be better off on your own.
Our wedding day came with some pretty severe weather challenges, and Sarah handled everything with an incredible level of calm and professionalism. She helped us navigate a weather delay, make the difficult decision to adjust our plans, change the cocktail location, and keep everything moving smoothly. At a time when some vendors understandably seemed more focused on what was easiest or best for their own operations, I never once felt that way with Sarah. Her only concern was making sure that we were happy and that we made the decision that was right for us.
She was also an incredible leader. She helped organize the groomsmen and me, made sure we knew exactly what we needed to do to help with setup, and kept everyone moving in the right direction. But she wasn't just standing around delegating Sarah was right there doing the manual work alongside everyone else.
The biggest surprise came the next morning when we returned to the venue to clean up. Sarah had already completed the majority of it, and most of our decorations were organized and ready for pickup. That was completely above and beyond and saved us an enormous amount of work when we were already exhausted from the wedding.
Sarah is friendly, hardworking, calm under pressure, and genuinely has her clients' best interests at heart.
10/10. We genuinely cannot recommend her enough.
